CONFIG_NET_SCH_DRR CONFIG_NET_SCH_QFQ and CONFIG_NET_SCH_PIE.... looks
relatively matured enough and could be useful in automotive.
For DDR - useful for managing bandwidth allocation in network traffic.
For PIE - useful in low latency management
on the other Hand, if we decide that it won't be useful for RHIVOS, I can
aswell add them to the list of CONFIGs to be disabled.
