Upstream Status: RHEL-only

Since RHEL no longer supports non-native NVMe multipathing and there even
patches upstream to remove the ability of dm-multipath to work on nvme
devices, (https://lore.kernel.org/linux-
nvme/20250204211158.43126-1-bgur...@redhat.com/T/#u) we no longer need to
carry these RHEL-only patchs improving dm-multipath on NVMe devices.
