From: Tomas Glozar <tglo...@redhat.com> redhat/kernel.spec.template: Build rtla with BPF sample collection
Sample collection using BPF was introduced in 6.15 as a faster default mechanism. The previous implementation using a tracefs pipe is now a fallback. This allows rtla to work properly when measuring on a large number of CPUs, as well as reduces CPU usage on all systems. Add build dependency on libbpf-devel, bpftool, and clang, and runtime dependency on libbpf for rtla in order to enable rtla BPF sample collection.
