redhat/configs: disable RZ/V2N in automotive

Fixes: RHEL-94671

ARCH_RENESAS is enabled in fedora and rhel/automotive, which will set
ARCH_R9A09G056 (and others) by default.

Automotive has not enabled this platform, so disable it there for the
rhel flavors. Fedora flavors still have a pending configuration.
