gitlab-ci: use AUTOMOTIVE_BUILD with dist-srpm
For automotive builds we need to set the AUTOMOTIVE_BUILD variable when
calling the dist-srpm make target to generate the kernel-automotive SRPM
and for c10s builds use the dist-tag .el10iv.
