  > Just invoke the following command  and you should be ok.
  > sudo yum install kernel-devel kernel-headers

     Above command installs the devel and headers for latest kernel which may 
not be the case so

     Better command would be

     sudo yum install kernel-devel-$(uname -r)
     sudo yum install kernel-header-$(uname -r)
