Hi, As far as I know sector size comes with the storage device and cannot be changed, while block size is set by file system.
However, mkfs.xfs has an option of setting sector size (-ssize=). What is the purpose of having a sector size in the file system? Is this xfs specific? Thanks, Guangyu
