Greg K-H said[0] that drivers/staging/*/TODO help is appreciated, and that's where I want to start from. I already submitted patches, based on Linus Torvalds master, but I guess this is not really how to do it? So where to base my patches on? I just fetched the branches from Greg K-H, but there are several... should I base my patches upon his master branch from his staging repository on kernel.org[1] or somewhere else?
