I am facing the following uncorrectable ECC error, Can you suggest any kernel 
version or any patches to overcome this issue.

That is very very old and obsolete and insecure.  I strongly recommend you 
update to a modern and maintained kernel version in order to get any help from 
the community, and to ensure that your device actually works properly.

If you are stuck at this kernel version because it is supported by a vendor, 
please contact them for support as you are paying them, and they are the only 
ones that can help you out.
