KBUILD_MODNAME undeclared

I compile linux kernel 2.6.22 with support module verison and I compiled 
a program in this linux then I have this error in compile time

/usr/src/linux-2.6.21.5/include/linux/pci.h:595: error: 'KBUILD_MODNAME' 
undeclared (first use in this function)

What can I do to solve this problem?
