Any one know some effective tools to trace cpu time of thread.

Hi ,

I want ot know  cpu consumption time of every thread in my system ,
including kernel thread and application thread ,

I only know 'top' command,  but it seems that 'top' can't display all
of threads one by one.

any one know some other effective tools to trace it ?  my current kernel
version is  2.6.9-22
