This driver has been removed after 2.6.27, see
commit 85b064b66400abf626b0e9754118c2a8a212c19b

Maybe you don't need to write a driver at all and can use the leds-gpio
driver as well?

Have you adjusted your board code? You have to add a struct
platform_device, so that the kernel knows that and on which pins you
have LEDs.
