Well, physically, you can't. But it is doable via
virtualization/emulation by using e.g Qemu, Xen, VirtualBox etc. IIRC,
qemu can emulate up to 255 processors, of course "multiplexing" 255
virtual processors in 1 processor is like choking someone neck :)
