Well, what Abhijeet is suggesting is certainly what would help us help
you. Nevertheless, I am assuming you are trying to start a Http
daemon. Can you check if an instance of it is already running or not.

>From my limited knowledge, I can say that this error appears when a
daemon (for that matter any code) tries to open a socket and connect
to a certain port number - which is already being used by another
program or daemon.
