We've got this fixed for the next release. No more work is going to be
put into the 0.9x series of releases. Version 1.0 uses a MUCH better
download library that is used in YUM and will provide all the proxy
support needed. This won't be fixed for 0.92 but will be in the next
release due out in 2 months or so.

Bug description:
I have a proxy but I don't have a proxy authentication. I don't need to set
Proxy username and Proxy password.
That's why I cannot connect to Internet through the proxy.
I tried to leave that fields empty but it doesn't help.
Timeout exception causes a problem with infinite waiting.
