Now I am trying the kgdb-2-2.6.14 patch for my versatilePB board,
I find that couldn't patch correctly the Kconfig. There is no define
For KGDB_ARM_VERSATILE.
So if I want to debug the kernel or module through serial port with
Kgdb, I need to define the CONFIG_KGDB_ARM_VERSATILE. I find in patch there
is a
File kgdb_serial.c, if I use the file, do I need the kgdb_serial.c? as if
the
KGDB_8250_NOMODULE is default.
Another question about the NOMODULE subfix, like KGDB_8250_NOMODULE,
KGDBOE_NOMODULE, I don't know what the name means, where can I find some
Description about the flag? Now I want to debug the module, but when I
insomd
the module, it will report a error :can't mmap "xxx", address is bad.
But if no the patch, the module is run correctly.
I don't know why the reson.and also I could not visit the
