I just tried compiling with these patches but the compile fails. It
looks like the patches dont support SMP on ARM (for example there's no
kgdb_roundup_cpus() function defined for ARM). Is there another patch
somwhere which allows KGDB to work on ARM SMP platforms or has this just
not been implmented?
