Hi all, I decided to use my long experience with Launchpad and change the membership policy for Kibo's team. Changes are:
1. A note at the beginning of the team: https://launchpad.net/~kibo-project - this is a must-do-step by anyone who wish to join. Those who have joined already, they don't need to leave the team and re-join. However, those who joined need to state clearly what areas they are interested in, etc. Kind of introducing themselves to the rest of the team. 2. There is a valid reason for #1 because starting now, no one can join the team unless I add them myself. This is to ensure those who are joining Kibo Team are aware 100% of what Kibo is and why they are joining and what they can offer/share. 3. Initially, members will have 30 days renewable to 60 days. Once the 60 days will expired, they can renew that again to another 60 days. This is an automatic way to ensure people will remain active and if not, their membership will automatically expired from the team. Before, it was 30 days, renewable to 90 days.
