I am still in eeschema/netform.cpp today working. In the course of comparing file outputs from this code to an older revision, I am seeing a difference in the PCBNEW netlist. So be careful using this eeschema code over the next few hours for production work.
It is likely I put a bug in there. This affects the netlist export to PCBNEW, so it is critical. I am tracking it down now. Sorry. (I will report back when I have fixed it and I have run through some more regression tests.)
