I recently talked about this (in a couple of emails), and Dick
confirmed it was on the plans,
I exactly mean moving the pcbnew/librairi.cpp into the plugin system.
My questions are:
1) Could I be the one addressing this?
2) Is there any design about that? or should I go with the design first?
3) If 1 is yes, should I open a branch, work on this, and we merge it
as it's done?
