Have we come to a decision as to whether or not we are going to use
lajos' suggestion for vector coordinates? I'm getting pretty close to
finishing up the new file format save code so it would be a good idea to
include it now. The only problem is that SWEET and the new schematic
file format documentation still use (at X Y ANGLE). If we are going to
go down that path, then we should probably revise them to reflect the
new paradigm for sake of consistency.
