ORCAD_PLUGIN is a wish list item.  It loads a native ORCAD board directly into 
Pcbnew
without prior conversion to EDIF or other.  Just simply works, in the same way 
OO can load
MS Word files.

We load the foreign files without struggle, by growing our support for and use 
of the
PLUGIN API.  This is big and bold, but it can happen over time if each smaller 
step is in
that direction. i.e. PLUGIN centric.  Generalize this thinking beyond simply 
ORCAD.
