Doesn't the file system already keep track of the file modification date and time information? Adding it to the file seems a bit redundant. I guess we could add a CTL_IGNORE_DATE_TIME flag to disable changing the date when the board hasn't been modified and PLUGIN::Save is requested. Removing it would be an easier solution though.
