OK, my build is customized anyway, so it's not a problem *for me*. But, suppose I'm a user opening a ticket because the date is not working anymore. Strange it's not happened already. What would you say? "The date is not supported anymore and the space in the title block is a decorative blank"? I think that's an unreasonable feature loss. I agree that having the date updated automatically can be a nuisance. What have you against adding the date as an editable field for the title block?
