Fully agree with that. That's the reason why I said it's 'difficult' to
detect when the file is actually modified.
Pressing "Save" icon is a good mark. I was talking about date change without
pressing "Save" icon at all (possibly because of autosave?). I fully agree, that
editable date field is a great solution. Second, internal "last save timestamp"
record in file can be useful also, but is not a mandatory.
