CMake has a CodeBlocks generator (-G "CodeBlocks - MinGW Makefiles") - in fact it is used by KiCad-Winbuilder because it generates a CodeBlocks project file and GNU Makefile. KiCad-Winbuilder just uses the Makefile direct, but I personally tend to use CodeBlocks for code development so the project file is there. So big-up CMake again! :D Best Regards, Brian.
