I just fixed the broken configuration toolbar button in CvPcb to launch the footprint library table editor. I happened to notice that the legacy configuration dialog files are still in the dialog folder. I think it's safe to remove them since we have been using the footprint library table for quite awhile now. If there are no objections, I will remove them as part of my next commit.
