Good to know. I think I will submit some parts in the next days.
In fact I feel a little stupid now because I used the library downloader
script, but I never noticed there was a "library" folder in the
resulting files :P ... only used the footprints.
And so, I wonder why some library files are installed by the
kicad-build.sh script ? Shouldn't be more logical if that script
installed only the program itself ?
Is there some plan to have the same kind of system than the gitub plugin
in eeschema ?

They are in the GibHub repo at:

I don't see any reason not to improve the component libraries as
well as
the footprint libraries. Check with Carl about contributing. I'm
sure
any help would be welcomed.
