I would prefer packaging the binaries, libraries, and documentation into separate packages but it's not always possible depending on the platform. I proposed this to the msys2 folks when I created the PKGBUILD file for kicad and I was told not to break it into separate packages. Most Debian based distros are package them separately so it's not always up to us how thing things get distributed. > > -- > > > Marco Ciampa > > I know a joke about UDP, but you might not get it. > > +------------------------+ > | GNU/Linux User #78271 | > | FSFE fellow #364 | > +------------------------+ > > > _______________________________________________ > Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~kicad-developers > Post to : [email protected] > Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~kicad-developers > More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp > _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~kicad-developers Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~kicad-developers More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
