For some reason, I cannot edit the main page at kicad-pcb.org. I get the edit option for all of the other pages. Since I cannot edit the main page, would someone either change the "Localization" link on the main page to http://ci.kicad-pcb.org/job/any-kicad-doc-head/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/src/GUI_Translation_HOWTO/GUI_Translation_HOWTO.pdf or give me edit access to the main page so I can fix it.
