I think fabulous is their domain registrar, not the actual owner. It used to be that actual owners had to put their contact information in the whois information, but it was scraped and people sent too much garbage to domain owners based on that information, so I guess nowadays basically every registrar puts their own information and "forwards" information on to the actual owner.
I did a few searches and it looks like Fabulous.com has suspended domains before because of spam, so this may be something we can actually handle--if we want to. I can see it going good or bad, but if do we do choose to "take action", alerting Fabulous.com that one of the domains they registered is scam/malware might be a good idea.
