FYI. There may be an issue with with ssl where there is a ca-cert file race condition that causes all of the github entries in the fp-lib-table to fail for cannot assess ca-cert files. Dick found the issue and is looking into it since he wrote the github plugin. I believe he is using ubuntu lts 14.04 so it may be due older versions of ssl or libcurl. Now you know why I created a new policy for including dependency library versions used to build KiCad. It's not a show stopper but it is something that needs to be addressed. I'll keep you posted.
