Very nice! I like the way it works now. The code looks fine too, though I am wondering why do you std::swap in BOARD::ReplaceNetlist instead of simply filling aNewFootprintsVector? It adds some unnecessary copying, though it should not be noticeable for the user when it comes to execution time.
