Hi I don't know why you forwarded another mail from the list, but you should contact the opensuse packager directly. I expect you can find an email somewhere on https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/electronics/kicad on Dmitry Roshchin, AFIK he is the primary maintainer for opensuse.
