Sorry for the delayed response. I was out of town this weekend with only a cell phone so my motivation to respond to emails was low. I have no personal attachment to version strings in the title bar. Very few applications that I have ever seen include the version in the title bar. As a developer, it's nice to see which build I'm using without having to open the about box but that's not something I do often. As a user, it tends to take up quite a bit of title bar space which can be annoying. Anyone else just got to have the version string in the title bar?
