Don't have much time to answer, so I'll be short:
yes, yes, yes.
If you'll add an easy way of serializing/deserializing C++ configuration
classes (e.g. PNS_ROUTING_SETTINGS) to an appropriate section of a
config file, it would be even better ;-)
