For a single library: * Add the eagle footprint library to your footprint library table. * Open it with the footprint viewer to see if they footprints are as expected (optional step). * Open the footprint editor and select the eagle library. * File->Save Library As to save it to KiCad pretty format.
If you want to convert a multiple eagle libraries, you can perform the same steps using the eagle plugin via python scripting.
