Please don't use the PPA for stable releases. Installing packages from the PPA does not work if the distro packages haven't been purged before, and vice versa. This is fine for users on the bleeding edge, but is massively annoying to support on IRC. The distros will update with a bit of delay through the normal channels. Simon
