Hi Clemens, Thank you for the patches, sorry it took so long to merge them. The only missing thing was a 'const' modifier for strings in .xpm files. When it is missing, gcc displays the warning:
warning: ISO C++11 does not allow conversion from string literal to 'char *' [-Wwritable-strings] I could not find an option to enable that in GIMP, so I just added them manually.
