I've just pushed a fix for that. Please test.

Here is my test.
My newly built KiCAD has the fix but I am still getting the DRC errors
for the differential pair, when "Design Rules" has 8 mil for the
clearance, and the "Dimension->Differential Pair" has same 8 mil for the
gap. I can only get rid of the DRC error when setting the gap to be 9 mil.
