There's no issues, but someone needs to write the code for it. I can't work on Kicad right now, so if you want it done fast, you can contribute a patch. The starting point is: int DIFF_PAIR_PLACER::matchDpSuffix( wxString aNetName, wxString& aComplementNet, wxString& aBaseDpName ) Also, it might be worth adding support for diff pair busses (e.g. PAIR0_N, PAIR0_P, PAIR1_N, and so on).
