Hi, Maciej : I had a look at the rounding issue and I couldn't find an obvious reason for it. It might be due to the translation of all components to the middle of the sheet, but I round that off to the nearest 100mil.
I'll take a look at that pin mapping problem, I think your solution of multiple pins will work fine.
