I think it would be useful if the sym-lib-table entry descriptions could be used within KiCad - perhaps in the component selector tree view?
For example, if a top-level item (library) is selected, display the text in the sym-lib-table in the bottom-left panel? [image: Inline image 1] AFAIK this descriptive text is not displayed anywhere outside the library table editor window.
