Sorry for the lack of description in the previous mail.
This patch is a small enhancement of the circular pad script permitting
to angle optionally the pads.
To be able to use it, I also added a "square pad" option.
SMD shapes could also be useful, in the future.
Perhaps it would be nice to be able to call a full featured a pad editor
inside the wizards instead of duplicating a few pad properties to make a
full selection of pad shapes instead.
