Hi,
at least in the nightly it is still possible to add GitHub libraries
using "Append with Wizard".
Will this change? Because when someone uses this feature, it only
references to the old legacy repositories, without a clue about that.

Maybe a good solution would be to set it to local files by default and
remove the default value from the entry field.
I don't think it would be wise to remove this feature all together as
some users might use it for their personal libs. Some might even want to
stay with the old libs.
A note about the fact that the official libs are no longer supplied via
the github plugin might help as well. (There are a lot of tutorial out
there that will suggest the use of the github plugin. This will not
change just because v5 is released. So a hint in the GUI might at least
help some to discover that this workflow is obsolete.
