Hi Eeli,

Yeah, the Mac compiler appears to be considerably more lenient than the Linux 
compiler (or Windows compiler, based on Wayne’s experience).  

I’ve fixed the ones you pointed out (or at least I think I have, as I can’t 
really tell with my compiler).  Let me know what’s next.
