Why is there assembler code in the package?

The download/source page claims that 5.0.0 can not be compiled against
Boost 1.61 and later because of C++11. I think that's wrong, no one
should have problems with C++11.
Also in the notes for packagers we should mention that we now have
assembler code so a lot of platforms will fail to build.
