Ill be happy to help on the library side.
Do you know what would be needed in the pcb file to make the test valid? Would 5000-10000 0402 caps (or a more complicated part) lined up neatly be fine? Should they intersect to trigger the fault? Should it be different components?
Im guessing the 5000-10000 0402 should be fine, but im too familiar with the algorithm
