BTW, I also have
-DCMAKE_RUNTIME_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY:PATH=%WORKSPACE%\bin
in my configuration so binaries get created in the directory where all
the DLLs from the prerequisite package live, which also allows running
the testsuite.
