Any attempt to run Debian Buster repo version of kicad (5.1.9), or
attempting to compile (previously working on this machine some time ago)
versions 5.1.8 or the newly created 5.1.10 result in this at runtime.
kicad: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcurl.so.4: version `CURL_OPENSSL_3'
not found (required by kicad)

I'm an experienced linux/terminal user, software dev, etc. so any help
getting this working would be grand. Googling this shows this popping up
in projects absolutely everywhere, so I assume this is a kind of "oops"
of the libcurl people, but obviously it could just be my mistake somehow.
I think it's pretty clear that it's not kicad's fault, I'm not pointing
any fingers, just looking for some help from someone more knowledgeable.
Maybe some update-alternatives, or symlink-ing... or... reconfigure some
packages??
Anybody run into this? I can't run kicad until I find a solution for this.
